There are exhibitions for everything! From agricultural machinery to tech expos, professional services and wedding suppliers! If you have never exhibited, then I’m sure you will have walked around one. Usually they are in vast empty buildings broken up by shell schemes.
PRODUCTS
Every year we participate in a couple of exhibitions ourselves, normally taking a 2x4m space and have one or two people, so after a table and chairs there isn’t much room for branding. For our backdrop we use CLINGZ, our unique electrostatic, adhesive-free graphic that does not require any expert installation, tools, or tapes. It is quick and easy to apply, takes seconds to remove, is lightweight, and easily transported in a tube. We could use a trickier/stickier material, and install carefully, but we prefer to setup and de-rig quickly, beating the traffic. Titan Books were installing themselves, so we provided a step-by-step video for guidance on how to apply and remove the graphics.
CLINGZ stay in position for several days comfortably and can be slid into the perfect position. Other materials like ADTAC would provide more security and are better for longer applications so it is always worth speaking to us about your exhibition. Some shows have perfectly flat walls, unbroken by metal struts. These areas sometimes include doors and plug sockets too. For fully branded backdrops that require tiling together and sections for plugs cutting out, we would suggest a material like PHLEX or EPIC.
Event companies usually rent their spaces for the days they need them, so are often very wary of causing damage. This makes products like SKINZ or CLINGZ perfect for welcome / directional signage. We work together with event companies and venues to reassure them, and we can provide free samples for venues to test out in advance too!
Whether you are in the NEC or an ancient listed building these events are always carpeted. This makes EASIFLOOR perfect, because it adheres to rough surfaces without leaving residue. For bigger floor spaces we have a range of Free Standing and FABRIC display options, from flags and table cloths to lightboxes and wall frames. When we exhibit at very small venues we will even take a pull-up banner.
